Let's Take a (Virtual, Twitter Guided) Walk #45 went to the voting booth
What else could we do with LTAW#45 but go to the voting booth? And so we did. We took a virtual guided Walk. Walking separately but sharing a journey #WalkingTogetherApart #Worldwide. Departing from my home in the Lower East Side, I walked to 100 Hester Street, NYC. Where did your walk end?
Those of you who lived in a part of the world that did not vote joined us to show support in this critical moment.
We walked for Change to borrow from #44, President Barrack Obama.
By the way, Let's Take a Walk #30 took us to the voting booth to re-elect President Obama. The video featured on LTAW #33 blog post shows a moment as we, a group of volunteers, cleaned up Sandy's devastation on Staten Island.
From near or far, thank you for sharing this journey with me.
Who did you think of?
What was your wish?
What song did you sing?
Songs I had in my mind and hummed as I walked.
Changes David Bowie
A Change is Gona to Come, Aretha Franklin,
Change Christina Aguilera
Note that this walk was, for me, chaotic as I promised to guide you Live on Instagram and via Twitter, and I did so without my Tweet Master. Having to go back and forth from Instagram to Twitter, leaving you with pauses and quiet times, I wonder how it worked for you?
To share your impressions or images of the walk, or to be notified on future projects, please do so via mariechrisitne@mindspring.com.
Wishing you and your loved one's health, love, and wonderful discoveries.

Let's Take a (Virtual, Twitter Guided) Walk #44 took during the COVID 19 Pandemic and on the first weekend of the protest, sparked by the horrific killing of George Floyd by a policeman.
I was in New York City. I wonder where you were?
During this time of social distancing, We took a virtual Twitter-guided Walk. Walking separately but sharing a journey #WalkingTogetherApart Worldwide.
The focus was on Peace and Healing, taking a step towards peace and collective healing.
From near or far, thank you for sharing this journey with me.
Who did you think of?
What was your wish?
What song did you sing?
I sang Imagine
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace
This time the walk was also presented Live on Instagram.
Videos will be posted here soon.
With me was a wonderful Tweet Master who conveyed the walking directions via Twitter
